New equipment to support our Sports Field testing laboratory
Our Sports Field Laboratory is always pursuing new equipment, allowing us to offer new test methods and services to the sports turf and sand supply industry.
The use of a fume cabinet will allow us to safely conduct testing where potentially harmful chemicals are used e.g., AS1141.35 Detection of sugar contamination in concrete aggregates.
Many Rootzone specifications include an upper limit of 5% Calcium Carbonate which can be determined by several methods. If you are concerned your sand is calcareous or requires calcium carbonate determination, we now offer ASTM D4373 -21 Rapid Determination of Carbonate Content of Soils.
