Thermal Resistivity Testing

Thermal Resistivity Testing determines a material’s thermal characteristics and how well it conducts heat. Thermal resistivity can affect cable-life, and has to be considered during project designing and implementation.

Civiltest provides pre-feasibility consultancy, detailed comprehensive geotechnical investigations, including thermal and electrical resistivity testing. Complete geotechnical site testing throughout construction, including Level 1 compaction control. Other specialised testing including light weight deflectometer surveys or plate load testing.

Civiltest are NATA accredited to provide Thermal Conductivity/ Resistivity Testing in accordance with ASTM D5334-14 and are currently working on a number of solar farms throughout Australia.

Some of our solar farm projects include Sunraysia Solar Farm, Kiamal Solar Farm, Bannerton Solar Farm, Karadoc Solar Farm and Yatpool Solar Farm to highlight a few.
